Fibin Baby

I have a first degree in Zoology and a master’s degree in Applied Fisheries & Aquaculture from the Mahatma Gandhi University (India). Whilst an MSc candidate (2003-2005), I was actively involved in freshwater biodiversity inventories carried out by CRG in the major rivers of Kerala which led to a  master’s thesis on the bionomics of a critically endangered and endemic bagrid catfish, Horabagrus nigricollaris. I returned to CRGCS in Novermber 2008 as a research associate to work on a project that examines management issues in small scale artisanal fisheries.
